1. Introduction

Domify ("we", "our", "us") operates the websites domify.co.uk, tools.domify.co.uk and dmfy.uk, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

Account information: When you log in using Google authentication, we may collect your Google user ID, name and email address.

Service data:

• Link creation and analytics
• Website monitoring data including URLs, uptime, downtime and historical records
• Link crawler data, including crawled URLs, page metadata and the links found between pages
• Preference rankings, income/bills tracker entries and other tool data you create while signed in
• Images you upload for conversion, which are stored temporarily on our servers and automatically deleted within an hour
• Tool settings and preferences you save to your account (e.g. so they sync across devices)
• Messages submitted via contact forms on domify.co.uk

Some tools, such as the preference revealer, let you choose to make a piece of content public so it can be viewed or shared via a link. Anything you mark as public should be treated as visible to anyone with the link.

Usage statistics: We collect aggregate counts such as link clicks, QR code scans or general site usage. These statistics do not identify individual users.

3. How we use information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To manage user accounts and provide customer support
• To display your content and analytics
• To send updates and notifications relevant to the services you use
• To protect the Service against spam and abuse
• To improve functionality, reliability, and user experience

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law, to enforce our terms of service, or as described in this policy (e.g. content you have chosen to make public, or data processed by the third-party services listed below).

5. Data retention

We retain account and service-specific data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as legally required. Uploaded images are deleted automatically within an hour of conversion. Usage statistics are stored in aggregate form and do not identify individual users.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

7. Third-party services

Login is handled via Google authentication. We recommend reviewing Google’s privacy policy for details on how they process data.

We use Google Analytics across domify.co.uk and tools.domify.co.uk to understand how the Service is used. Google Analytics processes technical data such as your IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited.

Some tools use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse, which processes your IP address and browser data.

8. Cookies and session data

Cookies and session data may be used to maintain login state, remember preferences, support Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, and improve user experience. Cookies are set per site and, where applicable, per subdomain.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent to processing at any time

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page at tools.domify.co.uk/account — this immediately removes your account, links, monitors, rankings, tracker entries and saved settings, and signs you out. 10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on domify.co.uk.
